تطبيق "ملاذ" هو تطبيق إسلامي مجاني يوفر الأذكار والقرآن الكريم
والأحاديث الشريفة وأوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. نحن نلتزم بأعلى معايير
حماية الخصوصية لمستخدمينا.
الملخص في سطر واحد: تطبيق ملاذ لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية،
ولا يحتوي على إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أي أدوات تتبع.
١. البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق
التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية على خوادمنا.
البيانات التالية تُستخدم محلياً فقط على جهازك ولا تُرسل لأي خادم خارجي:

بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: تُستخدم فقط لحساب أوقات الصلاة
واتجاه القبلة بدقة. لا تُحفظ ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف.

تفضيلات المستخدم: القارئ المختار، الوضع الليلي، حجم الخط،
والمفضلة. تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط باستخدام تخزين Hive المحلي.

سجل الإنجازات: مثل إكمال الأذكار اليومية، يُحفظ محلياً
ويُحذف يومياً عند منتصف الليل.

الأحاديث والأدعية المحفوظة: تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات
محلية على الجهاز فقط.
٢. الصلاحيات التي يطلبها التطبيق

الموقع (Location): لحساب أوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة.
يمكن تعطيلها وإدخال الموقع يدوياً.

الإشعارات (Notifications): لتذكيرك بأوقات الصلوات الخمس
وأذكار الصباح والمساء. اختيارية بالكامل.

التخزين (Storage): لحفظ ملفات تلاوة القرآن الصوتية
للاستماع بدون إنترنت.

الإنترنت (Internet): لتحميل تلاوات القرآن من خوادم
EveryAyah.com فقط. لا يُرسل أي بيانات شخصية.
٣. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
لا نشارك أي بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة على الإطلاق.
التطبيق يتصل بخادم خارجي واحد فقط:

everyayah.com — لتحميل ملفات تلاوة القرآن الصوتية.
لا يُرسل لهذا الخادم أي بيانات شخصية، فقط طلبات HTTP لملفات صوتية
عامة. الاتصال مشفّر بـ HTTPS.
٤. الإعلانات والتتبع
التطبيق لا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا يستخدم أي أدوات تتبع.
لا Google Analytics، لا Firebase Analytics، لا Crashlytics، لا
Facebook SDK، لا أي SDK تحليلي آخر.
٥. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق آمن تماماً للأطفال ولا يجمع منهم أي بيانات. لا يحتوي على محتوى
غير لائق. متوافق مع قانون COPPA الأمريكي و
GDPR-K الأوروبي لخصوصية الأطفال.
٦. أمان البيانات
جميع البيانات تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك باستخدام تخزين آمن (Hive encrypted boxes).
لا توجد خوادم لدينا تخزن بيانات المستخدمين. جميع الاتصالات الخارجية
تستخدم بروتوكول HTTPS المشفّر.
٧. حذف البيانات
يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك بإحدى طريقتين:
- من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← مسح البيانات

من إعدادات الجهاز: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← ملاذ ←
التخزين ← مسح البيانات
عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق، تُحذف جميع البيانات تلقائياً وبشكل نهائي.
٨. حقوقك
بصفتك مستخدماً للتطبيق، لديك الحق في:
- معرفة ما يجمعه التطبيق من بيانات (موضح بالكامل أعلاه)
- حذف بياناتك في أي وقت بدون قيود
- إيقاف أي صلاحية من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت
- استخدام التطبيق بدون إنترنت لمعظم الميزات
٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في التطبيق أو القوانين.
التاريخ في الأعلى يوضح آخر تحديث. التغييرات الجوهرية ستُعلَن داخل
التطبيق وفي القناة الرسمية على تيليجرام.

"Malaz" is a free Islamic app providing Adhkar, Quran,
Hadiths, prayer times, and Qibla direction. We are committed to the
highest standards of user privacy protection.
One-line summary: Malaz does not collect any personal data,
contains no advertisements, and uses no tracking tools whatsoever.
1. Data We Collect
The app does NOT collect any personal data on our servers.
The following data is used locally on your device only and is never sent to any external server:

Location data: Used only to calculate prayer times and
Qibla direction accurately. Not stored, not shared with any party.

User preferences: Selected reciter, dark mode, font size,
favorites. Stored locally on your device only using local Hive storage.

Achievement records: Such as daily adhkar completion,
stored locally and reset daily at midnight.

Saved hadiths and supplications: Stored in a local
database on your device only.
2. Permissions Requested

Location: To calculate prayer times and Qibla direction.
Can be disabled with manual location entry option.

Notifications: To remind you of the five daily prayers
and morning/evening adhkar. Completely optional.

Storage: To save Quran recitation audio files for
offline listening.

Internet: To download Quran recitations from
EveryAyah.com only. No personal data is sent.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do NOT share any data with third parties whatsoever.
The app connects to one external server only:

everyayah.com — For downloading Quran recitation audio
files. No personal data is sent to this server, only HTTP requests for
public audio files. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS.
4. Advertising and Tracking
The app contains NO advertisements and uses NO
tracking tools. No Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics,
no Crashlytics, no Facebook SDK, no other analytics SDK.
5. Children's Privacy
The app is completely safe for children and collects no data from them.
Contains no inappropriate content. Complies with the U.S. COPPA
law and European GDPR-K for children's privacy.
6. Data Security
All data is stored locally on your device using secure storage (encrypted
Hive boxes). We have no servers storing user data. All external
communications use the encrypted HTTPS protocol.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data by one of two methods:
- From inside the app: Settings → Clear Data

From device settings: Settings → Apps → Malaz →
Storage → Clear Data
When you uninstall the app, all data is deleted automatically and permanently.
8. Your Rights
As a user of the app, you have the right to:
- Know what data the app collects (fully described above)
- Delete your data at any time without restrictions
- Disable any permission from device settings at any time
- Use the app offline for most features
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app
or applicable laws. The date at the top shows the last update. Significant
changes will be announced inside the app and on the official Telegram channel.
